Role Description
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will act as a key link between the laboratory and internal stakeholders. You will ensure that quality control tests are executed accurately and in compliance with GMP and safety guidelines. This role involves trend analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Perform and review QC tests on vaccines, pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and safety procedures.
- Analyse deviations (OOS), identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Act as point of contact for audits, training, documentation, and process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as 8D and 5 Whys.

Requirements
- Completed HBO degree in Biology or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar QC role.
- Strong knowledge of ELISA techniques and GMP compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
