Role Overview
As Global Innovation Manager, you’ll lead the global innovation agenda for a flagship brand. You’ll own multi-year strategic projects, co-create with regional teams, and bring disruptive concepts to life – from insight to execution.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead global innovation projects and multi-year “Big Bet” initiatives.
-Build and manage a 3-year innovation funnel aligned with growth ambitions.
-Identify white space opportunities and drive portfolio transformation.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
-Run Perfect Launch workshops and ensure flawless execution in key markets.
-Inspire teams with trend insights, consumer data, and competitive intelligence.
-Manage marketing briefs, budgets, and operational tasks with precision.
Requirements
-6–10 years’ experience in FMCG marketing or innovation roles.
-Proven track record in global or regional brand innovation.
-Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
-Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
-Fluent English; other languages a plus.
