Role Description
In this role, you ensure accurate and compliant Payroll and Time & Attendance services in line with legal and process requirements. You manage and improve the MyTime T&A system, support automation and digitalization initiatives, and act as the key contact for payroll and T&A queries, ensuring correct and timely payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the MyTime Time & Attendance system
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within Payroll and T&A processes
  • Process and validate weekly payroll, documenting errors for KPI monitoring and audit purposes
  • Manage payroll and T&A queries, both written and verbal
  • Ensure all instructions impacting NL payroll and T&A are correctly captured and applied
  • Coordinate with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Update process documentation and capture changes
  • Collaborate with MyP&O, Rewards, and Benefits teams on payroll and T&A updates
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll and T&A activities
  • Identify, control, and correct payroll and T&A calculation errors

Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and Time & Attendance operations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and T&A systems and process optimization
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, including data analysis and system reconciliations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage workloads effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
