Als Teamleider Maintenance stuur je het onderhoudsteam aan en zorg je voor maximale beschikbaarheid van productielijnen.
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden

Aansturen van monteurs en werkvoorbereiding

Organiseren van gepland onderhoud en storingsdienst

Initiëren van verbeterprojecten

Samenwerken met productie en techniek
Kwalificaties & Vereisten

HBO technische opleiding

5–10 jaar ervaring in maintenance

Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden
Overige Informatie
Volledig on-site met doorgroeimogelijkheden.
