Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to lead and oversee complex technological projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will drive project execution from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, high quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring clear communication of project objectives.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to maximize project success.
- Promote technological innovation by adopting new tools, platforms, and methodologies.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance throughout.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience managing technology projects, ideally within the biotechnology or healthcare sectors.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of current technological trends and platforms.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory standards.
