Role Overview
As a Customer Management Officer, you’ll be the central link between Sales, Order Fulfilment, Demand Planning, and the Customer. You’ll ensure smooth coordination, high service levels, and strong business performance across two specialised B2B portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage customer relationships and expectations
-Coordinate order, contract, and forecast processes
-Maintain accurate data in SAP, OMP, and Salesforce
-Resolve complaints and support continuous improvement
-Provide insights to support commercial decisions
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Commercial or Supply Chain field
-3+ years in B2B customer service or sales support
-Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
-Proficient in SAP, OMP, Salesforce
-Strong communicator and team player
