About the Role
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a key role in introducing new products and packaging technologies, ensuring smooth transfers, and improving production processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on both short-term and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead new product introductions and packaging transfers
• Evaluate packaging materials and conduct process characterization
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and propose improvement solutions
• Ensure compliance with GMP and support audit readiness
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in packaging or process engineering
• Experience within pharma, biotech, or other regulated environments
• Knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and project management skills
