Over de Rol
Als Administratief Medewerker ondersteun je de bestel-, inkoop- en facturatieprocessen in SAP. Je controleert documentatie, verwerkt inkooporders en helpt collega’s op de fabriek met het oplossen van administratieve vraagstukken.
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden
• Controleren van bestelaanvragen en aanmaken van inkooporders in SAP
• Controleren van facturatievoorstellen en boeken van services (SES)
• Oplossen van administratieve issues en zorgen voor juiste documentatie
• Ondersteunen van collega’s binnen het administratieve proces
Kwalificaties & Vereisten
• MBO niveau 2 met minimaal 2 jaar administratieve ervaring
• Ervaring met MS Office en SAP (PR, PO, SES)
• Nauwkeurig, proactief en communicatief sterk
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
Overige Informatie
Een uitdagende functie binnen een klein team in Dordrecht, met ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
