Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for performing complaint assessments, managing minor deviations, and ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards in the Product Complaint Inspection (PCI) area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complaint assessments in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Own and investigate minor deviations related to PCI activities.
- Prepare and maintain training materials and work instructions.
- Maintain QA metrics and performance dashboards.
- Support complaint investigations and audits (internal/external).
- Collaborate with cross-site QA teams and corporate partners.
- Provide QA training to affiliate staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- MBO or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a GMP/GDP environment.
- Experience in QA, complaints, or deviation management.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Familiarity with TrackWise, Veeva, or other complaint systems.
- Experience supporting audits and training.
