Role Description
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all products and processes meet both internal standards and customer expectations. You’ll act as the link between commercial teams and quality departments, managing product information, certifications, and compliance documentation for various regional markets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for food quality and safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to sales teams by responding to customer queries related to product quality, ingredients, allergens, shelf life, and sustainability policies.
- Maintain and update customer portals with product specifications and quality documentation.
- Coordinate customer audits and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
- Manage customer questionnaires and requests for certificates, statements, and technical data.
- Collaborate with production sites and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency of shared information.
- Identify and communicate emerging customer trends or regulatory changes to relevant teams.
- Uphold and promote compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards across the organization.

Requirements
- Secondary vocational (MBO+) or Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Food Technology, Chemical Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance or similar role within the food industry.
- Knowledge or affinity with QA systems, food safety standards, and database management.
- Experience with SAP and customer portals is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset).
- Familiarity with dairy or food production processes is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
