Role Overview
As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be responsible for efficiently planning, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance activities within our production environment. You will ensure maximum equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
-Plan and prepare preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
-Coordinate resources in collaboration with maintenance, production, and warehouse management.
-Develop and monitor maintenance schedules with a focus on production continuity, safety, and cost efficiency.
-Maintain up-to-date maintenance data in the CMMS (SAP) and ensure accurate documentation.
-Analyze maintenance performance and propose improvements.
-Support turnaround or shutdown planning and contribute to long-term maintenance strategies.
 
Requirements:
-MBO+/HBO level in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or similar.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within the (petro)chemical, pharmaceutical, or process industry.
-Experience with CMMS systems (SAP).
-Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, work preparation, and failure analysis.
-Familiarity with safety standards and procedures (e.g., ATEX, Permit to Work, LOTOTO).
-Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate between departments.
-Analytical, proactive, and organizationally strong.
