Role Description
As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will support the regulatory operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You will play a key role in maintaining regulatory documentation, coordinating submissions, and supporting compliance activities across our product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory administrative support for the department.
- Maintain tracking systems and databases for regulatory documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate regulatory submissions, renewals, and Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs).
- Manage local regulatory files, including minor translations and artwork coordination.
- Support internal teams with spare translations and document formatting.
- Contribute to additional regulatory tasks as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in regulatory systems with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Proven Regulatory Affairs experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
