Besides specializing in therapeutic food and infant formula, they collaborate in researching several diseases to make patient`s life easier with their products. 
 
Role Description
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand strategy and leading the development of integrated communication plans that engage both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. You will work closely with the global and local teams to create tailored content that builds stronger connections with HCPs and patients in targeted therapeutic areas such as Cancer Care and Frail Elderly Care.
 
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement consumer-first communication strategies to drive market penetration and double business impact in targeted therapeutic areas within three years.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to produce global content that resonates with HCPs and patients, building stronger connections across priority health areas.
- Lead the production and deployment of precisely-timed content to engage HCPs and patients, leveraging data-driven insights to inform content decisions.
- Oversee the implementation of our new visual identity in EU and provide guidance on brand positioning and visual identity to markets like AMEA and Brazil.
- Work closely with top agency partners to co-create high-impact campaigns that elevate brand presence and resonate across channels.

 
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the healthcare and consumer industries, with deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, project execution, and market impact.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a proven ability to capture and act on consumer and HCP insights.
- Experience in launching and scaling brand strategies and cross-functional initiatives on both local and global levels.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects and guide cross-functional teams.
- Multi-language proficiency is a plus.
