Job Description
As a Maintenance Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's production lines. Their primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining our client's technical policies, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency. They will work closely with various departments to optimize production processes and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient production processes and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and report on maintenance budgets, KPIs, and other relevant metrics.
• Participate in change management initiatives, communicating with teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
• Conduct regular meetings and assessments to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (HBO or WO preferred).
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a production environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of business processes and operations, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch
