Role Description
They are recruiting a Microbiology Lab Technician for their Boxmeer site. You will join the Center of Excellence (CoE) Microbiology team, performing essential microbiological testing and supporting lab operations in line with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rapid microbiological identifications using MaldiTOF and MicroSEQ 16S PCR.
- Conduct microbiological test validations.
- Work following GMP/GLP, EHS guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support laboratory maintenance, including stock management, waste coordination, and equipment upkeep.
- Completed MLO Microbiology education with 1-3 years’ experience, or completed HLO Microbiology training.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical microbiology lab is preferred.
- Knowledge of MaldiTOF and test validations is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English (both oral and written).
