Role Overview
As an Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you'll help design, test, and implement technology solutions that improve reliability and efficiency on the manufacturing floor. A big part of your work will involve integrating Systech systems into current processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll also support day-to-day system operations, help train staff, and stay informed on tech developments that can add value.
 
Key Responsibilities
-Support the design, testing, and implementation of tech solutions to improve manufacturing performance
-Integrate and maintain Systech systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
-Troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime
-Document processes and provide training to relevant teams
-Stay updated on trends in manufacturing tech and automation
-Promote a continuous improvement mindset in day-to-day work
 
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
-At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in IT or OT roles
-Strong understanding of IT applications management
-Experience working in GMP environments and with packaging processes is highly preferred
