Our client is the largest fast-moving consumer goods company in the Benelux with multiple product branches. In the Netherlands they market about 40 well-known brands within diverse range of products and employs more than 2,500 people.
Role Description
You’ll be part of a global team that shapes pricing strategies, manages risk, and supports innovation by developing tools and dashboards for better pricing control. You’ll collaborate across multiple countries and categories to ensure value creation and risk minimization
Responsibilities
- Lead/support the pricing strategy for existing product portfolio across Europe.
- Collaborate on risk analysis and mitigation strategies related to pricing.
- Partner with category teams during new product launches, offering pricing insights.
- Design and develop digital tools to improve transparency and control in pricing operations.
- Support monthly stakeholder meetings to align on pricing actions across countries and categories.
- Work closely with D&A (Data & Analytics) teams to implement dashboard enhancements and resolve bugs.
- Act as a central point of contact for pricing data ownership and horizontal analysis across European markets.
- Ensure pricing refresh cycles, stakeholder communication, and alignment across functions.
- Interface with local finance teams to identify and address potential pricing risks.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of professional (or part-time) experience, preferably in FMCG and a multicultural/global setting.
