The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Regional Quality Assurance Partner to join our team in Rotterdam and help drive quality excellence across our Benelux operations. This is a key role focused on ensuring market quality performance across multiple business units, including Home Care, Personal Care, Beauty & Wellbeing, and Foods. In this role, you’ll be the link between commercial operations, customer service, logistics, and quality teams – ensuring that products not only meet expectations but exceed them where possible. You’ll take ownership of critical quality issues, support regulatory compliance, and help embed a proactive quality mindset across the business.

Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary contact for customer development and operations teams on all quality-related matters.
-Manage critical consumer and customer complaints, driving resolution and long-term improvements with business units.
-Oversee compliance in warehousing through KPI monitoring, issue management, and technical support.
-Support or lead incident and crisis responses based on case severity.
-Track and report on quality KPIs and trends to guide performance improvements.
-Manage quality-blocked stock and lead initiatives to reduce quality-related waste.
-Lead or support audits, capability assessments, and certifications.
-Train internal teams and external partners on quality processes and best practices.
-Contribute to on-shelf assessments to support superior brand execution.
-Drive the use of digital tools in quality management.
-Share best practices across markets and teams.
-Promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
-Engage in the European quality network, ensuring local alignment with regional and global programs.


Requirements
-Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality, R&D, or Manufacturing within FMCG or a similar operational setting.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or Microbiology).
-Solid understanding of risk and change management principles.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure without losing structure or focus.
-Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a strong plus).
-Confident using digital platforms and tools in quality-related processes.
