The Role
 As a Process Manager within the Process Application Technology (PAT) team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and implementing liquid processing solutions that optimize product quality, efficiency, and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful application of process technology across multiple European supply points, driving innovation and excellence in Specialized Nutrition.
 

Key Responsibilities
-Identify, develop, and optimize liquid process technologies, including dissolving, deaeration, heat treatment, emulsification, and more.
-Lead and manage projects related to innovations, productivity, compliance, capacity, transfer, efficiency, and outsourcing.
-Collaborate closely with product developers, factories, global operations, and the quality department to deliver superior process solutions.
-Ensure safe and compliant product manufacturing by maintaining strong cooperation with Quality & Food Safety teams.
-Support the implementation of new products across various supply points worldwide, ensuring smooth transfer and process optimization.
 -Conduct technical assessments, laboratory/pilot plant trials, and factory trials to validate process solutions.
-Troubleshoot process issues, provide technical support, and promote best practices across the European network.
-Maintain and update process specifications to ensure consistent quality and performance.
 

Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in process technology, preferably within the food or nutrition industry.
-Proven expertise in liquid processing technology (mandatory).
-Experience with spray drying, dry blending, or fermentation (a plus).
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver complex process solutions.
-Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-Familiarity with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements in the nutrition industry.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach.
