Job Description
As part of the Engineering Team, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving packaging lines, utilities, and facility systems. Whether your expertise lies in maintenance, equipment engineering, or automation, your role will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our packaging operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and utility installations
- Support projects focused on system upgrades and implementation of new technologies
- Ensure compliance with applicable GMP/GDP standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, QA, and external vendors
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Completed vocational or higher professional education (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics)
- Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English
- Willingness to work fully on-site in Breda
