The Dutch facility plays a big part in this mission by mainly focusing on clinical research and therefore developing the newest drugs.

Role Description
The Associate Human Resources role supports daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and efficient administration of HR processes, including Workday transactions, employee queries, and coordination with external partners. This position acts as a key liaison between internal HR teams and stakeholders, contributing to seamless HR service delivery.

Responsibilities
-Ensure timely planning, execution, and implementation of product launches, variations (CMC & Labeling), and other lifecycle activities for Amgen and partner products.
-Act as a key member of the Product Lifecycle Team (PLT), aligning launch and lifecycle strategies with supply chain objectives.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as QA, RA, Production, Site Planning, Artwork, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Procurement.
-Organize and lead Product Life Cycle Team meetings, preparing agendas, pre-reads, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
-Actively contribute to end-to-end project planning, ensuring accurate supply chain input for successful implementation.
-Maintain compliance and timely updates to the Change Control Management System for launches, variations, and lifecycle activities.
-Contribute to specific supply chain projects such as SKU management, rationalization, and implementing new packaging configurations.
-Leverage tools like Smartsheet and Tableau to digitalize and enhance supply chain processes.
-Maintain clear communication and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of supply chain objectives.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (or a relevant field) or currently pursuing such a degree.
-1–2 years of relevant HR experience (internship experience may count).
-Knowledge of HR processes and basic understanding of Dutch labor law.
-Fluency in English (oral and written); good understanding of Dutch is required.
-Preferably proficiency in Office 365 programs
