Role description
As a Supply Chain Planner specializing in Whey Allocation & Valorisation, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing short-, medium-, and long-term whey allocation plans. You will align supply and demand across internal and external locations, ensuring maximum value extraction from whey while balancing service levels, revenue, and operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize whey allocation plans across 1–18-month horizons.
• Balance whey supply and demand based on constraints, costs, and market needs.
• Chair the monthly Whey Valorisation Board and perform scenario-based financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cheese and dairy supply chains, finance, sales, and external partners.
• Update and report whey valorisation KPIs; initiate optimizations based on insights.
• Provide input for strategic (10-year) planning and support long-term capacity modeling.
• Lead or support process improvement and supply chain planning projects.

• Master’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
•  4–6 years of experience in S&OP, supply chain, or logistics planning.
•  Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
•  Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
•  Experience with advanced planning tools (preferably OMP); SAP knowledge is a plus.
•  Proactive, communicative, and results-driven mindset with commercial awareness.
