Role Description
As an Product Development Associate you will support the R&D Renovation team in creating and improving food products. This hands-on role involves lab work, sample preparation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct lab work and prepare samples during product development
Assist in the kitchen and pilot plant trials
Support sensory testing and shelf-life studies
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with data analysis
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in lab, R&D, or technical roles
Basic food science knowledge and lab skills
Detail-oriented with good documentation habits
Proficient with lab equipment and computer tools
