Brand Activation Manager, Amersfoort, Utrecht

The Company
Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter and several locations in the Netherlands.

Role Description
As a Digital Brand and Activation Manager to join European brand team, focusing on the Dutch market. You will lead digital and shopper brand activations, driving execution across online (social media, e-commerce, influencer partnerships) and offline (in-store displays, POS materials) channels.

Responsibilities
- Translate brand funnel objectives into clear activation plans to drive long-term market share growth
- Manage shopper and digital campaigns, optimizing content across banners, social, video, website, and in-store materials
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies, retail media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor social and retail media advertising strategies, proactively improving performance
- Evaluate and optimize online and shopper communication strategies, generating insights to sharpen future campaigns
- Oversee the creation process for campaign content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related field)
- 3–5 years of FMCG experience in shopper marketing, online marketing, content creation or in-store retail marketing experience
- Strong affinity with social media and digital platforms, offering fresh perspectives on online engagement
- Creative thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented attitude
- Enthusiastic team player with a results-driven mindset
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
