Role Summary:
As an Procurement Specialist, you’ll manage suppliers and sourcing for Home Care finished products across Europe. You’ll focus on cost savings, contract management, supplier performance, and ensuring supply continuity. This role supports sustainability and supply chain goals while collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support supply chain optimization projects
- Ensure supply continuity and build contingency plans
- Scout new suppliers and lead innovation sourcing
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, R&D)
- Support sustainability and digital initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree
- 3+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain (1+ year in FMCG preferred)
- Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus
