About the Company
Our client is a global dairy leader producing a wide range of cheeses and nutritional ingredients for infant formulas. Their Bedum facility is undergoing major integration between two production units placing a strong emphasis on quality and food safety.
Role Description
As a Food Safety & QA Advisor, you’ll support daily QA operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help unify QA efforts across departments. You'll work closely with production and project teams to uphold high standards in product quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute QA tasks across both divisions:
- Equipment maintenance & calibration
- Cleaning procedures (CIP/manual) & hygiene standards
- Process and product quality checks
- Support new product and investment projects with QA input
- Conduct and coordinate root cause analyses for deviations
- Assist in audits, hygiene inspections, and procedure updates
- Drive alignment between QA teams for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3–5 years of QA experience (food production is a plus)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Contract: 1-year
- Hours: 36–38/week
