Role description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Technologist to design, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes for high-precision products. In this role, you will work within multidisciplinary teams, supporting both the development and implementation of new technologies into manufacturing environments. The position involves contributing to both innovation and operational excellence across international projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and output
- Analyze and refine existing production methods to reduce waste and improve performance
- Develop and maintain process control strategies for stable and reliable production
- Collaborate with teams across disciplines to integrate new technologies into current systems
- Evaluate potential new tools and technologies to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to strategic decision-making on manufacturing optimization projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven experience with process control and optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%) and work on-site with clients when needed
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification (or similar continuous improvement training) is preferred
