Role Overview
As a Senior Associate – Global Study Planner, you’ll lead demand and supply planning for multiple global clinical studies, ensuring consistent drug availability while minimizing waste. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage inventory, oversee packaging orders, and proactively mitigate supply risks throughout the study lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own demand and supply planning for assigned global clinical trials.
• Forecast drug needs and manage inventory to balance availability and minimize scrap.
• Coordinate packaging and labelling to align with study demand.
• Collaborate with Study Managers and cross-functional teams to support timelines.
• Monitor performance metrics and escalate supply risks as needed.
• Maintain accurate data in planning systems (e.g., SAP, forecasting tools).

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in supply planning, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in planning tools and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• Preferred: Working knowledge of GMP and clinical trial regulations.
