The company processes milk into a diverse range of dairy products and ingredients, offering consumers high-quality options such as milk, yogurt, condensed milk, dairy-based beverages, cheese, butter, quark, and cream.
Role Description
We are looking for a QA Operations Specialist to support daily production processes. You will work closely with production teams, providing quality data, assisting with problem-solving, and participating in key QA activities such as customer audits and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support factory operations by providing quality data and insights.
- Assist with operational problem-solving and ensure quality compliance.
- Participate in customer audits, answer customer inquiries, and contribute to quality reporting
- Collaborate across teams and levels within the organization.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of QA experience, preferably in the food industry (infant formula or pharma is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance in a factory setting.
- Pragmatic mindset and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch (native or professional level).
