 Role Description

Our client is seeking a Sr. Associate in Contracts and Pricing to join their Global Contracts and Pricing Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operational pricing, ensure accurate contract terms, and facilitate efficient systems and processes across various regions. Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for contracts and pricing in assigned regions.

• Perform system testing and ensure data integrity checks are performed accurately.

• Support user access and approval workflows within the system.

• Train business users on systems and processes, including creating training materials.

• Monitor and ensure SOX controls and compliance with pricing data.

• Represent the CPO team in cross-functional projects.

• Contribute to process improvements and system optimizations.

• Attend and facilitate cross-functional meetings to implement business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in contract and pricing operations or related fields.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and/or MS Project.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
