Role Description
As the End-to-End Supply Chain Market Lead, you will drive strategy, execution, and optimization, leading the shift to direct-to-retail (D2R) while ensuring supply continuity and seamless collaboration across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies covering planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.
- Align supply chain capabilities with business growth goals and market expansion.
- Conduct sourcing analysis and establish local operational capabilities in coordination with planning, logistics, and finance teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication to ensure alignment across internal and external partners.
- Ensure all supply chain processes meet quality, compliance, and safety standards.
- Lead risk assessments and integrate mitigation plans into project timelines.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in customer service operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Experience working with multicultural, cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
