Role Description
As an HR People Partner you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee and line manager experience. You will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of line managers and employees, providing guidance and support on various employment matters across the entire employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with line managers to provide expert HR guidance on individual matters.
- Act as point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring their experience is simple and effective.
- Offer proactive advice using company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Build strong relationships with employees and line managers to address challenges early.
- Manage employee transactions end-to-end while collaborating with HR experts.
- Support HR strategy initiatives, including organizational changes, employee wellbeing, and development activities.
Requirements
- HBO or University degree in HR, Business, or a related field with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor law, and complex processes.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions and improvements.
- Independent but collaborative, thriving in an international and evolving workplace.
