About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring procurement governance, compliance, and strategic sourcing execution. You will support cost benchmarking, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and innovation within the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement governance by overseeing pricing and contract updates.
- Resolving invoice queries, and ensuring vendor compliance.
- Support strategic sourcing by assisting with cost competitiveness, savings initiatives, and supplier negotiations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing teams to drive operational efficiency and portfolio growth.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated accountability, proactive mindset, and structured approach to problem-solving.
