The Role
As a Microbiology Laboratory Technician, you will be part of a specialized department dedicated to developing, validating, and optimizing microbiological analysis methods. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization, supporting different production areas, including sterile and non-sterile environments as well as biotechnology operations. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring high-quality standards and continuous improvement in microbiological processes.

Responsibilities
-Develop, execute, and document microbiological analyses, ensuring compliance with the latest standards.
-Independently coordinate and manage projects related to microbiological studies.
-Conduct investigations and root cause analyses within the production and laboratory environments.
-Serve as a subject matter expert during audits and inspections.
-Keep microbiological analysis techniques up to date and implement improvements.
-Participate in quality risk assessments and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
-Provide training and support to relevant teams within the organization.

Requirements
-HBO degree in Microbiology or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical process environment and microbiology lab (preferred).
-Familiarity with GMP and GDocP standards.
