Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Project Manager to drive process improvements and digital transformation within the Global Distribution Hub EMEA. You will oversee projects, implement Lean methodologies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute operational excellence (OE) projects.
- Develop and track performance metrics for improvement.
- Drive digital transformation and process optimization.
- Train and support Yellow/Green Belt projects.
- Facilitate problem-solving workshops (Fishbone, 5-Why).
- Use data analysis and visualization tools for reporting.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lean/OE principles (Green Belt certified).
- Experience in coaching and process improvement.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; experience in international environments.
