Role Description
We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Operational Excellence Project Manager who thrives on challenges and is eager to learn and develop. This role is responsible for managing and executing various projects within the Operational Excellence (OE) strategy of the Global Distribution Hub (GDH) EMEA organization. The ideal candidate will act as an OE role model, support digital transformation efforts, and drive productivity initiatives to enhance supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Promote Operational Excellence (OE) and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain the OE strategy and roadmap for GDH EMEA.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Ensure OE projects align with business goals and execute them effectively.
- Conduct Yellow Belt training and support Yellow and Green Belt project implementations.
- Use data analysis tools to collect, analyze, and report insights.
- Lead problem-solving and process improvement workshops (e.g., Lessons Learned, Retrospectives, Fishbone, 5-Why).
- Utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools to generate insights.
