About the Position
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager – Supply Chain who is passionate about driving operational excellence and efficiency. In this role, you will lead process improvement initiatives, implement Lean methodologies, and manage key projects that enhance supply chain performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support digital transformation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This position is pivotal in optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring best practices within the Global Distribution Hub (GDH) EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with the organization's operational goals.

-Lead and support Lean Six Sigma projects, ensuring sustainable process enhancements.

-Provide Yellow Belt training and mentor teams on Kaizen and Green Belt projects.

-Use data analytics and visualization tools to track performance and drive improvements.

-Organize and facilitate problem-solving workshops (e.g., Fishbone, 5-Why) to address operational challenges.

-Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and recommend innovative supply chain solutions.

-Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging automation and analytics.

-Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Requirements

-Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.

-5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or supply chain management.

-Strong expertise in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles (Green Belt certification required, Black Belt preferred).

-Experience in leading Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives.

-Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet).

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

-Experience in warehouse operations and pharmaceutical supply chains is a plus.

-Fluency in English (written and spoken).
