Role Description:
The People Experience Lead serves as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on various employment matters. This role involves supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving employee experiences and can navigate complex HR processes with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, labour law, and processes.
• Support managers in handling performance issues, job evaluations, promotions, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, international relocations, leave management, and compensation queries.
• Ensure HR policies are consistently applied across the business and provide proactive advice on improvements.
• Leverage HR systems and technologies to enhance employee experiences and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with HR teams to support organizational changes, employee well-being, and development initiatives.
• Manage HR-related transactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of experience advising managers and employees on HR-related topics.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and complex processes.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Experience working in a dynamic, international environment.
• Comfortable using HR technologies and staying up to date with industry trends.
