About the Role
As an HR People Partner, you will be the primary contact for employees and line managers, providing expert guidance on HR matters. You will oversee key processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, leave, pay, and compliance, while ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience.

Responsibilities:
Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and line managers, providing guidance on performance, job evaluations, leave, pay, and employee relations.
Ensure HR policies, labour laws, and best practices are consistently applied across the organization.
Manage employee transactions, including international moves, promotions, and leave requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with HR experts, business partners, and specialist teams to resolve employee queries and deliver a best-in-class HR experience.
Proactively identify and address employee concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
Leverage HR technologies and tools to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
Support HR projects, including organizational changes, well-being initiatives, and leadership development programs.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR advisory role, providing guidance to employees and line managers.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance regulations.
Ability to navigate complex HR processes while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools with a mindset for process improvement.
Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
