Role Description:
In this role, you will support key operations related to product distribution and returns, ensuring smooth and compliant processes throughout various regions. This role offers a great opportunity to be involved in supply chain management and logistics within the biotech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating product returns and distribution processes.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of shipments and product alerts.
- Log and investigate distribution complaints, working with different teams to resolve them.
- Assist in managing inventory and reporting activities.
- Help with ongoing improvements in our supply chain processes.
- Represent the team in various meetings and assist with audits when required.
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Some experience in logistics or supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Full-time position.
You will be required to work from our office in Breda, Netherlands at least 2 days a week.
