Role Description
As an EHS Systems & Improvement Officer you will play a key role in transforming our quality-controlled documentation system, EHS training programs, and dashboard improvements.
Responsibilities
- Improve and simplify EHS documentation and procedures for better consistency and efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and enhance systems, training, and reporting tools.
- Support teams by providing guidance on process updates.
- Monitor progress and report the impact of improvements through dashboards.
- Ensure compliance and assist with change management, including risk assessments and communication strategies.
Requirement
- Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
- HBO or WO degree in a technical field (e.g., Process Technology, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering) or a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Practical, solution-focused mindset.
- Some experience in Safety Engineering, with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
