Role Description
As an EHS Systems Improvement Specialist you will lead critical enhancements in the EHS documentation, training, and dashboard systems, which offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the EHS processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the harmonization of EHS procedures within a Quality-Controlled environment.
- Identify and implement improvements in EHS training programs in collaboration with Learning & Development.
- Train stakeholders on system usage and ensure effective visualization of training status in dashboards.
- Work closely with the Global EHS team to enhance reporting and system integration.
- Proactively drive process improvements and document system enhancements.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in a technical field (e.g., Process Technology, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience in system improvement and process optimization.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (oral and written).
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
- Affinity with EHS processes.
