EHS Process Improvement Officer

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company recognized for developing and producing vaccines, biologic treatments, and medications in areas such as oncology, cardiovascular diseases, and infectious diseases. With 75 years of experience in research and innovation, they are dedicated to preventing infections in both pets and farm animals.

The Role
As a EHS Process Improvement Officer, you will focus on harmonizing procedures, supporting stakeholders with system usage, and identifying opportunities to strengthen training programs. You will work closely with internal teams to improve dashboards, ensuring clear and accurate reporting across the site. Additionally, you will help manage change processes, providing guidance on improvements and ensuring smooth implementation through communication and training.

Responsibilities
-Assist in streamlining and improving EHS documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
-Recognize opportunities for enhancement and apply improvements to systems, training programs, and reporting tools.
-Offer guidance and expertise to teams working on process updates.
-Track the progress of improvements and report their impact using dashboards.
-Ensure compliance and assist with change management initiatives, including conducting risk assessments and developing communication strategies.


Requirements
-Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
-HBO or WO degree in a technical field (such as Process Technology, Environmental Science, or Mechanical Engineering) or in a business-related area like Business Administration, Lean, or Six Sigma.

-Hands-on and solution-oriented approach to work.

-Limited Safety Engineering experience, but the right person can work largely independently and without direct supervision
