Role Description

Our client is looking for a Junior Clinical Supply Chain Planner to support their global clinical studies. As part of the planning team, you will ensure that clinical supplies are effectively forecasted and distributed globally, enabling successful patient dosing during trials. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with industry experts and grow in a dynamic and critical function.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical study requirements into actionable global supply plans.
• Assist with forecasting demand and planning, ensuring adequate supply and timely re-supply.
• Act as a liaison between clinical study teams, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Resolve logistical challenges that could impact study timelines.
• Coordinate labelling, packaging, and shipment of clinical supplies.
• Monitor global supply levels and identify potential risks to the study timelines.
• Help manage and update key clinical supply processes and SOPs.
• Utilize systems to track and manage product activities across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in supply chain or clinical environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate across teams.
