The Role
As an Agile Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You will leverage your marketing communication skills to simplify complex concepts and gain buy-in from stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of innovative projects. Your ability to manage chaos, influence decision-makers, and drive business development will be crucial in shaping new opportunities in sectors such as education technology or defense.

Responsibilities
-Spearhead strategic projects in fast-moving, dynamic settings, fostering innovation and driving business expansion.
-Distill complex ideas and communicate them clearly to stakeholders to secure buy-in and support.
-Manage and execute early-stage projects, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners.
-Utilize marketing communication skills to create persuasive narratives and business cases.
-Persuade key decision-makers, both within and outside the organization, to gain support for innovative projects.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, public organizations, and technology partners to deliver meaningful and scalable solutions.
-Oversee public-private partnerships, ensuring alignment between organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions.

Requirements
-Experience with product design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
-Familiarity with AI and Federated Learning frameworks, with the ability to incorporate these technologies into solutions.
-Proven ability to navigate chaotic environments and transform them into clear, actionable opportunities.
-Excellent marketing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft persuasive business cases.
