Role Description
As an Engineer, you will manage the lifecycle of utility systems, troubleshoot unplanned maintenance issues, support service providers, and contribute to maintenance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of various utility systems.
- Troubleshoot and assist service providers with unexpected technical problems.
- Suggest and implement general maintenance improvements.
- Help create maintenance strategies, including tasks, tools, and responsibilities.
- Lead investigations and improve maintenance plans.
- Identify recurring issues and take corrective actions.
- Oversee and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Help complete engineering projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Some experience with low-voltage electrical systems (NEN 3140).
- Basic understanding of HVAC, sprinkler systems, and warehouse storage equipment.
- Willing to be on 24/7 duty call service once or twice a month.
- Fluent in English.
