Role Description
The CQV Engineer will oversee commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, ensuring technical systems meet regulatory and operational requirements. This role involves documentation, testing, and providing technical guidance to project teams while maintaining compliance with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update validation documents, including risk assessments, qualification plans, test protocols, system assessments, and summary reports.
- Lead commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for technical systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure project alignment with validation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Support additional projects as required.
Requirements
- Experience with secondary packaging systems, including print and inspection technologies.
- Minimum of three years in commissioning, qualification, and validation within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with computerized system validation.
- Hands-on experience in secondary packaging operations.
- Strong understanding of validation documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills in English.
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments and project management.
