Role Description
As a Customer Logistics Analyst you will enhance the Order to Cash (OTC) process by supporting daily logistics, providing insights to improve customer satisfaction, and serving as the key contact for system-related inquiries. Collaborating with digital and functional experts, you will refine processes and drive digital advancements.
Responsibilities
- Be the first contact for logistics system issues and collaborate with the Digital Technology (DT) team for solutions.
- Train and guide the logistics team on system updates and best practices.
- Manage and improve the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the BENELUX/ITR region.
- Analyze supply chain data and create reports to improve customer service.
- Identify and implement improvements for a smoother order management process.
- Support new order models like direct-to-consumer (D2C) deliveries and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, supply chain, or digital transformation is a plus.
- SAP knowledge is required.
- Preferably experienced with Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
