Manufacturing Operator – Fill & Finish

The Role 
As an Operator, you will be responsible for producing liquid-filled ampoules, vital for patient care. This includes setting up, operating, and monitoring equipment, as well as loading and unloading lyophilizers for freeze-drying. You will ensure that all processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout production.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment for the production of liquid-filled ampoules.
• Load and unload lyophilizers for the freeze-drying process.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety regulations throughout production.
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment performance as required.
• Assist with basic maintenance of equipment in coordination with the engineering team.
• Follow health and safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Maintain product quality and contribute to improving production efficiency.
• Report non-conformities and ensure proper documentation.

• A technical or scientific background, or relevant experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
• Adherence to health, safety, and cGMP standards.
• Willingness to be clean-shaven for PPE requirements.
