The factory in the Netherlands currently has the biggest production volume of all the factories, besides being one of the biggest chocolate factories in the world.
Role Description
As a Customer Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in improving the Order to Cash (OTC) process. You’ll support daily logistics operations, provide insights to boost customer satisfaction, and be the go-to person for system-related questions. Working closely with digital and functional experts, you’ll help refine processes and drive digital improvements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for logistics system issues and work with the Digital Technology (DT) team to resolve them.
- Provide training and guidance to the logistics team on system updates and best practices.
- Oversee and improve the OTC process for the BENELUX/ITR region.
- Analyze key supply chain metrics and create reports to support customer service improvements.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to make order management smoother and more efficient.
- Assist in setting up new order management models, such as direct-to-consumer (D2C) deliveries and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, supply chain, or digital transformation is a plus.
- SAP knowledge is required.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel is preferred.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a bonus).
